Our Commitment At JKay Web Design Co. we are committed to delivering a high quality, professional service to every client. We understand that circumstances can change and aim to handle all cancellations and refund requests fairly and transparently.

Deposits

A 50 percent deposit is required before any work begins. This deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances as it secures your project slot and covers the initial time and preparation invested prior to and at the start of your project.

 

Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, payment is due for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. This will be calculated at our standard hourly rate and invoiced accordingly. Any amount already paid that exceeds the value of work completed will be refunded within 14 days.

If JKay Web Design Co. is unable to complete your project for any reason, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on the work completed to date. This will be processed within 14 days.

Monthly Retainer Cancellations

Either party may cancel a monthly retainer agreement by providing 30 days written notice. Retainer fees already paid at the point of cancellation are non-refundable. You will continue to receive your retainer service for the remainder of the paid period.

Completed Work Refunds are not available for completed and approved work. Once a stage of the project has been signed off by the client it is considered accepted and payment for that stage is final.

Late or Disputed Payments If you have a concern about an invoice or payment please contact us as soon as possible at the details below. We are always happy to discuss any queries openly and transparently before any formal dispute process becomes necessary.
